The Enclave at Covenant Lake subdivision is a dynamic community located in Powder Springs, West Cobb County, Georgia. Residents of its 36 homes enjoy its beautifully nestled location, tree-lined streets, various styled homes on large lots, and its small-town neighborhood feeling.  Enclave at Covenant Lake offers large sidewalks, and quiet atmosphere open green space adjacent to beautiful lake Lucille. Home Owner’s Association dues are expected to be paid annually no later than February 28th (or February 29th in a leap year)
